Job Title: Energy Analyst
Location: Bangalore

Duties and responsibilities

• Monitor client sites & build customer retention models based on analysing client energy trends.
• Responsible for identifying scope of energy efficiency improvement in the system with the help of visualization alongside continuous integration & application of energy domain knowledge
• Responsible for HVAC energy audits for different types of clients.
• Provide actionable analytical insights and recommendations based on findings aligned to business objectives such as segmentation and targeting of customers
• Role includes helping the technician for site installation, data flow stabilization, report generation & support to technical issue during and after commissioning
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Adopt analytical methodologies based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders and industry best practices
• Prioritize and respond to requests for data retrieval, visualization, and investigation with minimal turn-around time
• Implement, and maintain data mining, statistical, and visualization algorithms needed for data Analysis
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate, preferable from Environmental/Energy background
• Excellent Computer proficiency

Work Experience

• 2-4 year(s) of in-depth understanding & analysis of energy data. Conducts energy data analysis. Implements & maintains the data mining.
• Need to work in a rotation day shift with flexible weekly offs
• Proven ability to manage large datasets and conduct analysis involving multivariable equations
• Experience in working in Energy or HVAC industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
