The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the HR field while handling a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks that are critical to supporting our people and company culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communications.
• Support onboarding procedures for new employees, including preparing documents and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Assist in the administration of benefits, payroll, and other HR programs.
• Prepare and manage HR-related reports and documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and company practices.
• Help organize employee training, development, and performance review processes.
• Ensure that HR processes are efficient, confidential, and in line with legal standards.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Two to three years in an HR or recruitment environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
