  • Assist in building, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels.
  • Track campaign performance and share insights with the sales and marketing team.
  • Support sales enablement by creating presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and outreach templates to help them effectively engage with prospects and customers.
  • Facilitate field and customer marketing by assisting with regional activations, customer events, and engagement programs that strengthen relationships and drive retention.
  • Manage customer outreach by coordinating targeted email sends, creating content for social media scheduling, and ensuring that campaign assets are ready on-budget and on-brand.
  • Execute promotional tactics leading up to campaigns and events, and coordinate timely follow-ups to drive leads and conversions.
  • Contribute creative ideas to marketing strategies and initiatives.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
