Ecocem is shaping the future of low carbon cement with ambitions to deliver a 50% cut in CO2 emissions from cement by 2030. We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Manager to join our Dublin Plant.

We are looking for a strong Operations/Plant Manager with 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations management together with a background in either Engineering or Operations Management. You will have a background in mineral grinding or cement manufacturing. Your remit will be to manage the safety & operations of our Dublin site, ensuring that our production schedules are met, that quality standards are maintained, and budgets are adhered to.

You will be working closely with Ecocem Group Managers to develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce energy & increase profitability. You will have strong leadership & communication skills, a proven record of delivering results, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis. You will be comfortable with budgeting, cost analysis, and fiscal management and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
