  • Proficiency in simulation tools and methodologies for mechanical and fluid systems (e.g. FEA, SolidWorks Simulation, COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB)
  • Experience with the integration of electrochemical cells into larger products or solutions
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in scaling electrochemical technologies from concept through production
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint

What we want you to bring to the team:

  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related
  • Experience in electrowinning cell design and development (Copper, Zinc, Cobalt, Nickel, Base Metals)
  • Electrochemistry or hydrometallurgy experience
