We seek a highly motivated and hands-on individual to join our Development Operations team. As a Process Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our R&D iron anode production. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a diverse team to produce, document, and characterize anodes for our product scale batteries. Your work stream will directly support the development and optimization of a core part of our technology. You will make keen observations on process anomalies, recommend process improvements, and articulate findings to our electrode process development team for further analysis.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a flexible 24/5 8-hour shift schedule that enables an around-the-clock production cycle to support a rapid production ramp.
