Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoicing, collections tracking, and vendor coordination
• Help maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist in the preparation of internal financial reporting and basic financial analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes through data gathering and model updates Contribute to ad hoc projects across finance, operations, and broader business initiatives
• Develop and improve Excel-based schedules and supporting working papers

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data organization; pivot tables an asset)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
