Main responsibilities

1- You will have the complete responsibility to lead the sales process from its inception until you close the deal

2- Support and establish structuring partnerships to generate multiple opportunities

3- Adapt the project sale with support of product department and engineering and lead the development of the offer

4- Estimate project costs and pricing, leading commercial negotiations to close the contracts

5- Report project opportunities into our CRM tool

6- Increase H2SITE’s visibility worldwide by participating in events & forums

7- Set up collaboration pportunities with customers for R&D consortia

Required

1- 5 – 10y experience in technical sales environment for equipment and services agreement, ideally in the field of process / chemical engineering or energy business

2- Engineering background (process engineering, chemical engineering) combined with business degree or equivalent

3- Proven track record of closing capital sales

4- Solid understanding of commercial and legal terms for equipment sales and service agreements

5- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing client decisions

6- You’re a doer, comfortable working in a constantly changing start-up environment

7- Excellent English (verbal and written), Spanish is a plus
