1- Work with the senior management team, leading H2SITE’s people and culture development
2- Design, develop and implement the HR strategy in line with the budget and group business plan together with senior management
3- Create, roll out and manage all strategic and motivational people programs
4- Be able to inspire confidence in the CEO and senior team through timely delivery of information and plans
5- Be able to provide People support, coaching and guidance across both operational and strategic issues
6- Partner with line managers to understand and support the career development of colleagues
7- Maintain an overview of ongoing learning and development initiatives and create a strategy to meet the demands of our rapidly expanding teams
1- 5 - 10 years of experience in HR, experience with startups, ideally in deep-tech sectors
2- Autonomous, positive, doer attitude
3- Fluent in Spanish and English
4- Experience with building diversity and inclusion programs
5- Energy experience is not a must, only willingness to make the world a better place
