We are a company that believes in European reindustrialization, created after 15 years of R&D with top European research entities to develop a breakthrough technology. We have built a membrane factory that is unique in the world, where we manufacture our units that provide solutions for the hydrogen transport problem. For our development we rely on the local industrial ecosystem and top-level international investors.
We have developed a technology of membrane reactors for the separation and production of hydrogen in situ from different feedstocks, such as ammonia, methanol, formic acid, syngas from waste…
Our technology can save billions in infrastructure and accelerate the hydrogen economy. We’re looking for a person that can help us lead all the installation, commissioning, startup and maintenance of all our reactors and separators.
Main responsibilities
1- Factory Acceptance Test of membrane reactors and separators in Bilbao, Spain
2- Responsible for startup of every equipment of our units individually (pumps, flow controllers, filters, burners, etc.)
3- Responsible for identifying the right control loops for a fully autonomous operation of the units.
4- Support in the design of new reactors providing operational feedback
5- FAT of integrated membrane reactors and separators in Europe
6- Capitalization and data analysis of reactors under operation for a continuous improvement of H2SITE’s units
Required
1- 5 – 10 years’ experience commissioning assets (compressors, gas skids, CHPs, engines…)
2- Engineering background or equivalent
3- Experience with industrial gases (H2, biogas, ammonia, methanol…)
4- Problem solver, autonomous, always positive, doer attitude
5- Fluent in Spanish and English
6- Available for travel for startup campaigns in Europe
