The Opportunity:

As a People & Culture Technician, you’ll get to:

  • Participate in company's recruitment processes, from the detection of needs to the incorporation of the final candidate.
  • Manage company’s annual training plan.
  • Be part of the OnBoarding process for new hires, facilitating their reception and adaptation to the position and the organization.
  • Participate in the improvement and updating of internal communication.
  • Collaborate in the necessary improvement processes that involve HR and people management.
  • Promote engagement actions within the company.

  • Manage and improve the internship and scholarship process, developing an internal protocol and establishing collaborations with Schools / Universities.
  • Promote the employee experience and attract new candidates through the implementation of Employer Branding actions.
  • Develop new projects and training initiatives and optimize existing actions when necessary.
  • Ensure an optimal level of Culture and Climate, measuring it regularly and executing action plans focused on its improvement.
  • Collaborate with the People Manager in everything related to Labor Relations, acting as a link between the company and external advisors.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven success working in an HR department.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment and industry.
  • Autonomous and result driven.
  • Strong team player, highly motivated and willing to provide help where needed to ensure the success of the team.
  • You’re a doer, comfortable working in a constantly changing start-up environment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, ethics, and cultural awareness (In English and Spanish).
