The Opportunity:

As a Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer, you’ll get to:

• Develop, optimize, and configure industrial processes, from conception to start-up.
• Manage process evaluation, action plans and data analysis.
• Work closely with key manufacturing positions to analyze and improve process efficiency.
• Design, execute, test and update systems and processes.
• Be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, quality standards and health and safety requirements.
• Be responsible for manufacturing new employees training and monitoring.
• Conduct regular studies of company's workflows, by making improvement proposals in manufacturing and the rest of areas.
• Provide “hands on” support developing and implementing tools to improve any process involve in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of safe working environment and implementation of current H&S legislation into working practices.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Engineering Degree (Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or similar degree)
• Knowledge and experience of chemical industry would be advantageous.
• A proven track record of leading continuous improvement within industrial plants.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Great analytical and decision-making skills.
• An ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• You’re a doer, a team player and you’re comfortable working in a constantly changing start-up environment.
