The Opportunity

As Lab Technician at H2Site, you will play a crucial role in R&D membrane department. Your main function will be to develop membranes for hydrogen separation.

Main Tasks

• Prepare chemical formulations. Both solid and liquid reagents.
• Usage of mechanical equipment for the manufacturing of the membranes. Carry out surface deposition processes
• Carry out thermal treatments during the fabrication process.
• Quality control of produced membranes: visual inspection and surface characterization, leak test, etc…
• Other chemical characterizations: Measure concentration of reagents by ICP, valorizations, …
• Usage of minor laboratory equipment: balance, ultrasonic bath, stirring baths, pH meter…

What you’ll need to succeed

FP in Analysis and quality control laboratory / FP Chemical analysis and control or other similar related with equipment maintenance but at the same time touch on laboratory/chemistry duties.

At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.

English level: A2-B1

Previous experience in refractory and/or metallurgical industries

Experience with maintenance of mass production equipment
