MISSION:

To coordinate the execution of industrial and innovation projects in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the hydrogen industry. This role involves planning, controlling, and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure that project goals are achieved within the defined scope, schedule, and budget, while meeting specific project objectives and requirements. The ideal candidate is self-confident, proactive, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.

FUNCTIONS:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive plans and schedules for multiple projects, ensuring that timelines and milestones are aligned across all projects to meet overall objectives and deadlines.
  • Resource Allocation: Participate in the effective allocation of resources, including personnel, spaces and materials, to ensure project efficiency and timely completion.
  • Budget Management: Manage and control the budgets, ensuring that each project stays within financial constraints while optimizing costs and maximizing resource efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks across projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines, budgets and outcomes.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services, and supporting contract negotiations when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
  • Change Management: Manage project changes, including scope, schedule, and budget adjustments, while minimizing disruption to the overall organization.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including reports, plans, and records, ensuring that all information is accurate, organized and accessible.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, execution, and management, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met by both parties.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance project processes and outcomes, leveraging lessons learned from previous projects.

EDUCATION:

  • Engineering Bacherlor’s degree or a similar one.
  • Additional qualifications in project management, such as a PMP certification, master’s degree, or other relevant academic training, are highly valued.

EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years of experience in project management, planning, coordination, or related roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across various functions.
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
  • Understanding of risk management principles and budgeting processes.
