The Opportunity:
Under the direction of the Technical Director, as a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll get to:
- Design containerized solutions.
- Design pressure equipment, such as reactors, tanks, heat exchangers, etc.
- Define the skid structure design and load analysis.
- Track equipment assembly and mechanical commissioning.
- Ensure the routing of process lines in modular skids, which allow equipment maintenance.
- Generate, review and update technical documentation.
- Support H2SITE equipment certification.
- Provide support to the R&D department in order to optimize the design of H2SITE reactors.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Engineering Degree (Industrial or Mechanical).
- Experience in designing pressure equipment (using ASPEN, AUTO PIPE (BENTY) and/or PV LITE).
- An in-depth understanding of structures in modular skids designing. Using Staad Pro (BENTY) and/or CYPE.
- Previous experience with routing of process lines, considering the operation and maintenance. Ideally on modular skids.
- You’re a doer, comfortable working in a constantly changing start-up environment.
- Team player.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
Desirable:
- Knowledge of ASME, EN-13445, AD2000 regulations.
- Expertise in thermal stresses in the piping calculation.
- Experience in Materials selection.
