The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. Must provide strategic direction and perform quality assurance while ensuring programmes run efficiently. Also ensure staff align themselves with the company's goals, implement company-wide policies, allocate the resources of the company, develop a market strategy and provide constructive feedback to management.This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities
- Developing and defining project goals and objectives.
- Overseeing the preparation and allocation of budgets.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with the project's direction.
- Implementing risk management processes to mitigate project risks effectively.
- Direct and oversee completion of project
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in a senior management role in a non-profit or corporate environment, steering the business and providing strategic leadership.
- Bachelor's degree: A background in chemical, finance, operations or engineering.
- Knowledge of: gases, energy, reactors...
- Should also have experience developing and delivering tactical and strategic plans in Industrial companies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
