Role: The Business Development Analyst will play a key role in supporting M2X Energy’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategic insights. This individual will work closely with the Business Development team, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making, partnership development, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

· Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging markets to identify growth opportunities.

· Analyze market data to provide strategic recommendations for expansion and new business opportunities.

· Track and evaluate regulatory developments relevant to M2X’s business.

Business Opportunity Evaluation:

· Support the assessment of new business opportunities, including financial modeling and risk analysis.

· Assist in the preparation of business cases and presentations for leadership and potential partners.

· Develop reports on potential customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

Financial & Operational Analysis:

· Assist in financial modeling, revenue projections, and cost analyses for potential projects and partnerships.

· Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on business growth strategies.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

· Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new business initiatives.

· Work cross-functionally with teams in operations, engineering, and regulatory compliance to ensure business development alignment.

· Assist in tracking business development activities and ensuring timely execution of initiatives.

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

· Work closely with senior business development leaders to support strategic initiatives.

· Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

· Maintain up-to-date business development databases and tracking tools.

· Assist in new initiatives and cross organization functions.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

· Relevant experience in business development, financial analysis, strategy, or a related role (energy, renewables, or industrial sector experience is a plus).

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and market research tools.

Preferred Qualifications

· Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

· 1-3 Experience in business development, financial analysis, strategy, or a related role (energy, renewables, or industrial sector experience).

• Experience working effectively across various disciplines or organizations engaged on a project.

Compensation

· Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
