Description
Reporting to the HR Director, the Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment at Mangrove’s new commercial lithium-refining plant. This important role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, manage office supplies and services, and support the overall administrative functions of the plant.

Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain a welcoming environment as the first point of contact in the office.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment and help foster our great company culture.
• Greet and assist visitors, couriers, and other guests during office hours, ensuring they are signed in and directed appropriately.
• Coordinate and ensure that cleaning services are in place and executed to maintain a clean and organized office.
• Ensure that kitchens are stocked with necessary supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, etc.
• Implement and ensure adherence to office procedures and systems to maintain an efficient work environment.
• Handle all site access issues for employees and contractors, ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Maintain stock of all office supplies and reorder as necessary to prevent shortages.
• Order catering and other necessities for meetings and events as required.
• Assist with the organization of company events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Manage the office support budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

Working Conditions
• This is a full-time in-office position based at our Tilbury facility.
• Standard office hours with occasional requirements for overtime during events or peak periods.
