Documentation: Maintain record of all new vehicles delivered into the premises
Maintain documentation detailing all setup related processes from delivery to activation
Vehicle Setup:
Responsible for the timely setup of vehicles
Responsible for all processes from the initial delivery of vehicles until the vehicle is activated
Liaise with required 3rd party contractors to handle painting, branding and other required processes to ensure vehicles are setup in a timely manner
Liaise with Documentation team to ensure that Vehicle plate numbers, insurance and other documentation are delivered appropriately to ensure timely activation
Responsible for following up the setup process until the vehicle is activated
Upload the accurate vehicle details into VAMS as soon as the vehicles are delivered into the facility and subsequently until vehicle is ready for activation
Sort and arrange for vehicles that are designated for other locations and follow up delivery until the vehicles are delivered correctly.
Administrative Function:
Manage and maintain a record of all vehicle VINs upon delivery
