Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Front Desk Officer who will be the first point of contact with guests and attend to enquiries on behalf of the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Keep updated records and files
- Receive letters, packages and distribute them
- Monitor and update records and files
- Take up other duties as assigned
- Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Monitor attendance register
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1+ years working experience
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Customer service orientation
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
