Join a department of engineers and technicians taking groundbreaking concepts to manufacturing. Collaborate with engineers to run scaling trials and bring up new equipment and processes. Learn and maintain SOPs to

standardize production. Keep accurate and detailed laboratory records. Maintain an inventory of laboratory supplies, and a safe and organized workspace.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to perform work in a cleanroom, dry room or fume hood that requires the use of fine motor skills for extended periods of time, standing, reaching and twisting motions with hands, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

One year or more of hands-on experience in a laboratory R&D environment. Clear written and verbal skills to communicate your observations and ideas.

A technical degree from a 2-year program or more >2 years’ experience in the battery, solar, disk drive, or coatings industry

Hourly rate range for this role is $24-34/hr, and will be determined by the candidate's experience and educational background. QuantumScape also offers an annual bonus and a generous RSU/Equity package as part of its compensation plan.
