Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily production activities for Markle operations and solving issues as they arise. This position is a working Supervisor who will be working side by side with their crew.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Plans and directs plant operations.
· Focuses on driving Safety, quality, and productivity.
· Develops, implements, and enforces operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue.
· Provides leadership, management, and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention.
· Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
· Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Work Schedule
4 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Mandatory overtime according to business needs.

· The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
· The buildings are heated during the winter, but conditions could be cold in the winter & hot during the summer.
· The processing areas are dirty & wet at times. Processing facilities/ areas are dusty.
