Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at the Vantem Lakeland plant in Lakeland, Georgia, where we buildour award winning Affinity by Vantem homes.
What you’ll do
- Oversee warehouse and inventory operations from receiving to production.
- Lead receiving, QC, and inventory teams.
- Maintain bin systems, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor KPIs like accuracy, stockouts, and variance.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and accounting.
- Drive continuous improvement and safe warehouse practices.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of manufacturing inventory experience.
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
