About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the product strategy and execution for the software applications, platform, and integrations that enable our clients and partners to launch, manage, and scale VPP Programs of DERs. You will work directly with a variety of business and technical stakeholders from clients, partners, consumers, and internal teams to define the roadmap for the core enterprise platform. This role is hands-on, leading core enterprise SaaS product management activities from strategic planning and detailed feature scoping to backlog prioritization and GTM enablement.
Core Responsibilities
Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Execution & Delivery: drive major portions of the product roadmap for enterprise platform and operational use cases
Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine product direction and define business requirements, including KPIs and OKRs
Translate complex work into clear written artifacts (short decision memos, weekly updates, slides, stakeholder readouts) that unblock teams and drive alignment
Define, design, and deliver product features, including seamless integrations with adjacent products and services
Maintain groomed backlog and roadmap in Jira
Work with agile scrum teams on design, definition, documentation and implementation of features for new applications
Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing of functional requirements

Market Enablement: Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings, working with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Client Success groups
Support Client Facing Demonstrations of the product
Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
Support strategic initiatives and other duties as needed to ensure product success
Support operations and engineering teams as required
Other duties as assigned

You are an outcome-obsessed and data-driven product leader who excels at turning complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable roadmaps, PRDs, and tickets. You are structured and methodical, skillfully balancing the needs of multiple enterprise clients, partners, users, and internal teams to keep our product development focused and enabled. 5+ years of experience in product management; with focus on complex, data-intensive products for enterprise
Advanced user of Jira, Figma, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Claude, Slack
Comfort with APIs, multi-modal user interfaces, technical documentation
Ability to manage a wide breadth of projects and priorities simultaneously
Clear and succinct communication practices - verbally and in writing
Passiong for diving into emerging technologies and industries
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with B2B2C products and multi-sided markets
Experience with IoT, DERs, electric utilities, power markets, or related industry
Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Mode, or similar) and building/maintaining a data warehouse and platform infrastructure
Previous success in a start-up
San Francisco Bay Area (preferred) or Remote
The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $130,000 - $200,000 plus equity (stock options) and benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. Please note that WeaveGrid may not necessarily hire individuals at or near the top of the base salary range. As you go through our interview process, our recruiter and hiring manager will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range and combine it with an equity package to get you excited about your future at WeaveGrid.
